今年春天，我们在清华大学开设了一个对三年级的开放工作室，重点是北京市中心平安里地铁站周围地区的城市更新，这是通勤者的关键地铁节点。 Tsinghua University with its focus on the urban renewal of the area around the Ping’anli Subway Station in central Beijing, a crucial subway node for commuters.

学生们被鼓励思考这个可以被重新利用的区域所能够吸引的用户信息，再整合他们独特的想法，创造出不仅尊重而且振兴当地环境的历史和文化精髓的设计。这种整体的设计方法为城市生活带来了新的可能性，并旨在加强新开发项目与现有城市结构之间的融合。

在期中评图时，我们要求学生们用一种简洁的PechaKucha格式来展示他们的想法，将他们的设计浓缩到20张幻灯片中，以打破传统的演讲模式，锻炼他们的演讲技巧。
